The Page Takeover plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting in versions up to, and including, 1.1.6 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This only impacts multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled.

Score:5.9

Severity:Medium

Version: 1.1.6

There is a patch available in v1.1.7 and we strongly recommend you update to this version as soon as possible.
