Media Library Downloader <= 1.3.1 is vulnerable to Broken Access Control Vulnerability

The Media Library Downloader plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access due to a missing capability check on the mld_download_files() function in all versions up to, and including, 1.3.1. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to download files.
