Defender Security <= 4.7.1 is vulnerable to Broken Access Control vulnerability

The Defender Security plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the clear_config_transient() function in versions up to, and including, 4.7.2. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to clear config data.
