Contact Form Entries <= 1.3.0 is vulnerable to Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability

The Contact Form Entries plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'vx-entries' shortcode attributes in versions up to, and including, 1.3.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

There is a patch available in v1.3.1 and we strongly recommend you update to this version as soon as possible.
